Christmas Tree Pull-Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 can pizza dough
  • Good Foods Avocado Pesto Dip
  • 5oz pepperoni Minis
  • 8oz shredded mozzarella
  • 1 egg beaten + 1 Tbsp water mixed for egg wash
  • Oregano, ground
  • Marinara sauce for dipping

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Unroll dough on a flat surface. Cut into 2” squares.
  4. Add a tsp of pesto to the center of the square.
  5. Top with a few mini pepperonis and a pinch of cheese.
  6. Bring the corners together and pinch to seal, forming a ball around the mixture. Place seam-side down on pan in a tree formation with dough balls touching.
  7. Brush egg wash on dough balls, sprinkle with oregano and bake until golden, about 15-20 minutes.
  8. Decorate with mini pepperonis (optional)
  9. Serve hot with Good Foods Avocado Pesto and marinara sauce for dipping.
